Shipping policy
At scherba & co., we focus on making your shopping experience enjoyable. We carefully choose brands and manufacturers that align with our values. While we stock some of our most popular items, many products are ordered upon purchase to minimize waste and environmental impact from unnecessary shipping.
Standard Shipping Within Canada
We offer shipping across most Canadian provinces for the majority of our products. Depending on your location and the supplier, your order will be shipped via trusted carriers like Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, UPS, or local delivery services for larger items. If your order includes products from multiple suppliers, you may receive separate shipments.
Shipping is free for orders over $250.
Please note that standard delivery entails doorstep service only. For buildings, deliveries are made to the lobby.
PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery.
Back Orders
Backordered items ship as soon as they become available. In case of delays, we'll notify you promptly via email, or phone.
In-Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup is available at our Strathroy location only.

Our showroom is open Monday - Saturday (closed Sunday) other than statutory holidays. Calling ahead to ensure opening hours are accurate, and your order can be handled appropriately is advised. Example: pickups of heavy items or items that require assistance loading need to be arranged prior to arrival to ensure our staff can help. Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pick up you can book an appointment or come in any time during our opening hours.
Please have your order number and a piece of identification. If you do not have these items, you may experience a delay.

Damages
While rare, transit damage or manufacturing defects can occur. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll swiftly arrange a replacement:
- Inspect your purchase upon delivery; report any issues to our customer experience team ASAP to file a claim. Notifications or claims made outside of 5 business days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Damaged items due to shipping or manufacturing will undergo a claim process which may result in delays for refunds or replacement parts / fixture. Your patience is appreciated.
Refusal of delivery due to non-damage reasons will result in store credit refund minus original handling fees and a 15% restocking fee.
